60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Machine Harvested from the Haynes Street Vineyard. Wild yeast ferment and natural malolactic conversion. Aged 20 months in French Oak barrels (25% new). 

Appearance is medium ruby in colour. Aromas of red and dark fruit with hints of savoury herbs, spice, and oak. On the palate, an integrated mouthfeel with nice acidity and grippy tannins. Perfect to enjoy on its own ... even better with grilled meats, tomato-based pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.
