Appearance is medium yellow in colour. Aroma is lifted and clean with hints of green apple, white peach, and stony minerality. On the palate, this dry Riesling is delicately balanced with racy acidity and just a hint of residual sugar. Perfect to enjoy on its own or even better with soft cheeses, seafood, roast turkey, sushi, and tofu dishes. Enjoy now or hold for further development and maturation.
