Appearance is deep ruby red in colour. Aroma is packed with dark cherry and raspberry nicely balanced with hints of spice and vanilla. On the palate, it opens with complex red fruit together with chalky minerality and nice acidity. The mouthfeel is rich and luxurious with nicely integrated fine tannins leading to a long and lifted finish. Enjoy on its own or pair with baked salmon, turkey, and mushroom risotto. Enjoy now or hold 5 years for further development and maturation.
