Appearance is medium ruby in colour. Aromas of ripe cherries and raspberries together balanced with hints of spice, vanilla, and violet. On the palate, it opens with a delicate mix of ripe red fruit together with juicy acidity. The mouthfeel is smooth and luxurious with nicely integrated fine tannins. Delicious on its own ... even better with baked salmon, turkey, mushroom pizza, and chocolate covered strawberries. Enjoy now or hold a few years for further development and maturation.
