Appearance is medium straw gold in colour. Aroma is classic Gewurz with hints of lychee, rosewater, and ginger. On the palate, it is delicately balanced with nice acidity. Perfect to enjoy on its own or even better with soft cheeses, Asian cuisine, and quiche.

Bottling: Residual sugar: 3.7 g/l, TA: 6.1 g/l, pH: 3.3, 13.6 % alcohol.
