Appearance is a glistening light straw colour to the eye. On the nose, aromas of boxwood, stone fruit, guava, and pear. On the palate, this dry wine is crisp yet rich and balanced allowing for a lush, long finish. Enjoy on its own or even better with fresh green summer salads, grilled vegetables, and pesto pasta dishes. Enjoy now through 2028.

Harvest: Hand harvested on September 19th and 24th, 2025. Brix : 21.5, TA : 7.2g/l, pH : 3.2

Bottling: Residual sugar: 5.1 g/l, TA: 6.1 g/l, pH: 3.3, – 13.0 % alcohol.
