Appearance is light ruby in colour. Aroma is complex with a combination of earthiness, red fruit, and reductive notes. On the palate, it opens with a vibrant mix of ripe red fruit together with juicy acidity. The mouthfeel is smooth with nicely integrated fine tannins and a memorable finish. Enjoy now or hold a few years for further development and maturation. Suggest decanting for 1-2 hours before serving.
