Appearance is light ruby red in colour. Aroma of fresh strawberry and raspberry harmoniously balanced with hints of spice and vanilla. On the palate, it opens with a delicate mix of ripe red fruit together with juicy acidity. The mouthfeel is smooth and luxurious with nicely integrated fine tannins. Delicious on its own ... even better with baked salmon, turkey, mushroom pizza, and chocolate covered strawberries. Enjoy now or hold a few years for further development and maturation.
